Pre-Order Items
⚠️ Pre-order items require additional production time.
- Production Time: Please allow 5–6 weeks for production before your order ships
- U.S. Delivery: Once fulfilled, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days
- International Delivery (including Europe): Delivery may take 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs

Regular Items (In Stock)
U.S. Shipping:
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery Time: 2-5 business days
- Total Time: 3-7 business days from order placement
International Shipping (including Europe):
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery Time: 7-21 business days (depending on location and customs)
- Total Time: 8-23 business days from order placement
Important Notes
- Mixed Orders: If your order contains both pre-order and regular items, the entire order will ship together once pre-order items are ready
- Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country
- Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships
- Address Changes: Contact us at sonder@surrealsonder.store within 30 minutes of placing your order to make address changes

Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us immediately at sonder@surrealsonder.store with your order number and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
